I use this drive as my primary hard drive in my workstation. It has been very reliable and I have been pleased with its operation. I actually recieved it as a replacement from Seagate after a previous 10k RPM drive I had from them died less than one month after the five year warranty expired. They were extremely nice and replaced it anyways. Kudos to Seagate for having such great warrany service. Their commitment to their producuts (unlike IBM with the 75GXP) makes any higher prices they *might* charge well worthwhile (not that they cost more than others). |
