Dell continues advancing its APEX portfolio to address customer needs in critical areas such as AI and multicloud environments. Dell Technologies World showcased the latest innovations in Dell APEX that deliver state-of-the-art AIOps capabilities and enhance storage and Kubernetes management.

Dell APEX AIOps Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Dell APEX AIOps SaaS optimizes the health and service availability of Dell infrastructure through AI-driven full-stack observability and incident management. This significant expansion of Dell’s AIOps tools simplifies operations, boosts IT agility, and provides greater control over applications and infrastructure via three integrated capabilities.

Infrastructure Observability resolves infrastructure issues up to ten times faster than traditional methods by utilizing AI-powered health, cybersecurity, and sustainability insights and recommendations. The Generative AI-powered Dell APEX AIOps Assistant offers instant responses to infrastructure queries and provides detailed problem-solving recommendations.

Application Observability reduces the mean time to resolution of application issues by up to 70% through comprehensive application topologies and analytics, ensuring application availability and performance.

Incident Management enhances digital infrastructure availability with AI-driven incident detection and resolution, decreasing customer-reported multivendor and multicloud infrastructure issues by up to 93%.

Dell APEX Navigator SaaS Enhancements

Dell APEX Navigator SaaS now includes expanded features for Kubernetes storage management and additional support for Dell APEX Storage for Public Cloud.

Dell APEX Navigator for Kubernetes, available today, simplifies Kubernetes storage management on Dell PowerFlex, with upcoming support for Dell PowerScale and Dell APEX Cloud Platform for Red Hat OpenShift. It brings advanced data services like data replication, application mobility, and observability to container environments.

Dell APEX Navigator for Multicloud Storage adds support for Dell APEX File Storage for AWS and plans to support Dell APEX File Storage for Microsoft Azure later this year. This solution simplifies storage configuration, deployment, and monitoring across a universal storage layer created by Dell’s on-premises and public cloud storage offerings.

Customers can begin using Dell APEX Navigator for Multicloud Storage and Dell APEX Navigator for Kubernetes through a 90-day, risk-free trial, allowing them to explore these advanced capabilities without commitment.

Dell’s latest advancements in the Dell APEX portfolio provide customers with tools to simplify and automate IT management. With AI-driven observability, enhanced Kubernetes storage management, and robust multicloud storage support, Dell APEX continues to deliver innovative solutions that optimize infrastructure health, improve IT agility, and enhance control over applications and infrastructure.
