Featuring enterprise-class engineering from Dell Technologies and powered by PEAK:AIO’s advanced software stack, this new AI Data Server provides 1.5PB of capacity while delivering 120GB/sec throughput utilizing RDMA-based transport for NFS and NVMe-oF. [![]()](https://www.storagereview.com/storagereview-solidigm-peakaio-3) Solidigm’s high-density 61TB QLC NVMe SSDs and NVIDIA Mellanox CX7 networking are at the heart of this innovation. With cryptographic offload capabilities and a next-generation NVMe stack designed to eliminate traditional Linux bottlenecks, this platform is optimized for AI workloads, from edge deployments to large-scale AI training environments. ## AI Storage for Every Scale While hyperscale AI models like ChatGPT dominate headlines, equally important breakthroughs occur in specialized fields such as healthcare, research, and edge AI deployments. These applications require high-performance storage but often lack access to massive data center infrastructure. PEAK:AIO’s AI Data Server bridges this gap by providing high-speed, zero-maintenance storage that scales efficiently for small pioneering projects and huge AI data lakes. “Our approach addresses both ends of the AI infrastructure spectrum,” said Mark Klarzynski, Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of PEAK:AIO. “For smaller projects, this 2U solution delivers unmatched performance and energy efficiency. For large-scale AI deployments, it serves as a foundation for scalable, energy-conscious AI storage solutions. We are moving beyond the outdated model of simply adding more hardware to solve performance challenges.” **Key Features and Benefits** - Industry-Leading Density: 1.5PB of high-performance NVMe storage in just 2U. - Extreme Throughput: 120GB/sec via NVIDIA Mellanox CX7, enabling high-speed data transfers with cryptographic offload. - Energy Efficiency: Six times more efficient than traditional AI storage solutions, reducing power and cooling demands. - Advanced SSD Technology: Solidigm 61TB QLC NVMe drives deliver exceptional endurance and density for AI data processing. - Next-Generation NVMe Stack: Eliminates traditional Linux storage inefficiencies to optimize AI workload performance. - Enterprise Support: Backed by Dell ProSupport with full on-site SLAs for mission-critical AI deployments. ## PEAK:AIO and Solidigm: A Proven AI Storage Solution StorageReview.com has extensively covered PEAK:AIO’s storage solutions and their integration with Solidigm SSDs. Our past testing demonstrated how PEAK:AIO’s software optimizations unlock the full potential of high-density NVMe storage, maximizing throughput while maintaining energy efficiency. With the inclusion of Solidigm’s 61TB SSDs, this latest release continues the trend of increasing AI storage density without sacrificing performance or reliability. With this 2U platform, PEAK:AIO demonstrates how organizations can adopt scalable, energy-efficient AI infrastructure to tackle today’s most pressing data challenge without compromising on future scale. **Related material** [High-Performance Storage and AI Driving Animal Conservation at the Zoological Society of London](https://www.storagereview.com/review/high-performance-storage-and-ai-driving-animal-conservation-at-the-zoological-society-of-london) [PEAK:AIO, MONAI, and Solidigm: Revolutionizing Storage for Medical AI](https://www.storagereview.com/review/peakaio-monai-and-solidigm-revolutionizing-storage-for-medical-ai) [Exploring how technology actually leads to major conservation outcomes at ZSL.](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/gbwblZYP1HY?sub_confirmation=1 "We’re exploring how technology actually leads to major conservation outcomes at ZSL.")
