Dell Technologies and CrowdStrike have announced an integrated security offering for the 戴爾 AI 工廠與 NVIDIA 合作 that puts three CrowdStrike Falcon products on the same order as the servers. Through Dell’s AI Ecosystem Program, customers can buy Dell AI infrastructure and CrowdStrike security together, aligned with NVIDIA’s AI Factory Reference Architecture, and Dell’s Managed Detection and Response service takes over running the CrowdStrike stack for customers who want it managed. The announcement came at CrowdStrike’s Fal.Con Europe in Barcelona.
Falcon Guardian, Cloud Security, and Next-Gen SIEM on the AI Factory
The agent layer is covered by Falcon Guardian, the AI detection and response product CrowdStrike introduced at Fal.Con in Las Vegas in September. Guardian runs from the Falcon endpoint sensor, discovers known and shadow AI agents, ties each agent’s prompts, identity, and tool calls to the system actions that follow, and enforces which agents are allowed to run. On the Dell AI Factory it provides visibility and control over agent activity with runtime protection against prompt injection, unexpected or malicious behavior, and sensitive data exposure.
Guardian builds on the NVIDIA OpenShell 參考架構, the agent sandbox design NVIDIA published at GTC Berlin. The OpenShell secure runtime integration is in place today, connecting agent prompts, model interactions, and runtime activity to the rest of the Falcon platform’s security context. CrowdStrike plans to add NVIDIA Sentry on BlueField-4 DPUs, which would bring out-of-band monitoring and in-silicon policy enforcement to agent behavior beyond the software runtime. Neither company has given a date for the Sentry and BlueField-4 integrations.
Below the agents, Falcon Cloud Security covers the infrastructure and workloads from code to runtime, identifying misconfigurations and vulnerabilities and detecting threats across containers and Kubernetes. Falcon Next-Gen SIEM brings first- and third-party security data together for AI-driven detection, investigation, and response. Guardian feeds its agent telemetry into Next-Gen SIEM as first-party data, so agent activity sits in the same store as identity, cloud, and SaaS events.

Dell MDR Manages the Stack
Dell Managed Detection and Response Services expand to manage these CrowdStrike capabilities across the Dell AI Factory, and Dell says MDR will be the exclusive managed service for them. The service provides 24×7 monitoring, investigation, and response across the AI stack, with Dell’s analysts covering identities, Dell storage infrastructure, and the AI workloads themselves. Dell’s pitch is that its analysts know both the security side and the infrastructure the workloads run on, which shortens the path from an alert to the system that raised it. The announcement gives no figures for detection or response times.
The Falcon integration itself predates this announcement. At Dell Technologies World in May, Dell introduced the Falcon platform integration with the AI Factory, with real-time correlated telemetry and detections specific to NVIDIA AI Enterprise components such as NVIDIA NIM and NVIDIA NeMo, covering prompt injection, model drift, misuse, shadow AI, risky packages, data leakage, and improper output handling. The same program extended Falcon Insight XDR and Falcon Prevent endpoint coverage to the deskside systems, the Dell Pro Max with GB10, Dell Pro Max with GB300, and Dell Pro Precision workstations, from launch.
What is new is Guardian for the agents, the OpenShell runtime integration, and the ability to buy and have Dell run all of it as one package.
Fortanix Covers Data and Model Weights in Use
The confidential computing side of the Dell AI Factory is separate from the CrowdStrike deal and also dates to May. Confidential Compute for Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, built with Fortanix, protects data and proprietary model weights during inference inside hardware-based trusted execution environments on NVIDIA infrastructure, with the storage and network layers covering data at rest and in motion. Fortanix supplies key management that Dell describes as ready for post-quantum cryptography, and continuous logs record access, activity, and processing conditions for audit.
Dell positions confidential computing for regulated data and proprietary intellectual property, naming healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and government as the target customers; it does not claim any application-specific compliance certification. Pricing for the CrowdStrike bundle through the AI Ecosystem Program has not been published, and the companies have not released detection efficacy or performance figures for the integration.
