The DiskStation DS420j is a 4-bay NAS, powered by Synology DiskStation Manager, ideal for home data backup and multimedia streaming with powerful protection. This file syncing and sharing solution is ready for users looking to build a private home cloud and is well suited for the growing data storage needs of families and home users. In this digital day and age, large amounts of data are being generated by personal users and the DS420j provides a simple solution to protect digital possessions and share them with family.
A selling point of the DS420j is the protection it provides. Going beyond just data protection. Features included with this system include Surveillance Station, Data and Photo Back Up, and Safe and Secure Sharing. The Surveillance Station is Synology’s subscription-free home security solution that stores footage on your local device. Regarding data and photo back-up Synology offers a host of license and subscription-free backup applications securing any type of vital data. The SA3600 is the latest solution in the SA family offering high-performance on-premises storage with petabyte scalability. The SA3600 has been purpose-built to tackle growing data storage needs and provide businesses with to faster and larger on-premises storage in a cost-effective package. Integrated data protection and availability of the SA3600 makes the product easy to deploy as well as offering simplified operation with comprehensive tools designed for enterprise-level data protection. Features of the SA3600 include VM, SAAS and endpoint protection with Synology Active Backup, prevented data loss utilizing Synology Snapshot Manager, and maximized availability with Synology High Availability when combining two SA3600 servers into a single high-availability cluster.
