The QX supports Windows TRIM optimization command; this releases free blocks so operating systems can use them later when writing data. TEAMGROUP also notes the use NCQ, technology that offers optimized access control technology to increase transfer speeds and write performance resulting in less performance degradation and wear and tear. This can improve the lifespan of the SSD.

The new TEAMGROUP QX SSD has a built-in smart algorithm management mechanism, which features a range of functionality, including “garbage collection,” to help ensure operational efficiency. In addition, the QX uses wear-leveling technology and ECC (Error Correction Code) function to improve the overall reliability of data transfers.
