Toshiba has introduced the Canvio AeroCast Wireless Hard Drive, a storage solution that combines both the features of high-capacity external storage with wireless functionality. The Canvio AeroCast Wireless Hard Drive comes in a 1TB capacity, has a battery life of up to five hours, and can connect simultaneously with up to six devices. Users can also connect the new hard drive to their Chromecast device by downloading Toshiba’s Google Cast Ready app.
The Canvio AeroCast allows users to easily upload and back up content from their mobile devices directly to the Toshiba’s new wireless hard drive for secure, centralized storage. In addition, instant access is available to stored files through the device’s own local Wi-Fi connection with no Internet required.
