Today at CES 2021, an all-digital event, Kingston Technology laid out its new NVMe SSD lineup. The lineup includes a new Gen4 drive, new Gen3 drives, an external SSD, and a data center SSD. Kingston also announced and showcased its new Workflow station and readers.
Kingston is known for its SSDs, more specifically, the company hunts down niche uses or categories, and delivers drives to optimize those. This is more so done on the enterprise side, releasing different drives to fill different needs. On the consumer side, we see good performance drives at good prices. For the creative professionals out there, Kingston is showcasing its Workflow Station and Readers. This dock and these readers are made to allow content transfers from multiple sources simultaneously. The dock supports SD and microSD storage and can be connected to a laptop via USB-C.
