QNAP KoiBot AI Commercial Robot Announced

QNAP Systems has announced the launch of KoiBot, a new AI Commercial Robot that offers intelligent voice control, facial recognition, and real-time translation. With this new venture from the QNAP, System integrators and service providers will be able to configure KoiBot services by integrating corporate data via API or SDK into KoiBot. QNAP believes that this will provide intelligent services for digital transformation of corporate reception services, commercial business applications, and smart education. The company adds that corporate offices, government agencies, department stores, and medical institutions will benefit most from their new AI Commercial Robot.

With the KoiTalk mobile app, users can make video calls to KoiBot and even use it for remote viewing. QNAP indicates that this feature makes it ideal for service applications at reception counters and for elderly home care. Users can also use KoiMeeter smart video conferencing system to build an affordable video conference solution for SMEs.
