IBM to Acquire Texas Memory Systems and RamSan Product Family

IBM has announced an agreement to acquire Texas Memory Systems (TMS), a privately-held developer of flash memory solutions based in Houston, Texas. IBM’s acquisition includes the TMS RamSan family of shared rackmount systems and PCIe cards.
