Zephyr Introduces It Enterprise Software Architecture
At the Atlassian Summit this year, Zephyr announced new architecture for its Enterprise product. According to the company, its enterprise product can now deliver power, performance, and scale for enterprise teams with hundreds to thousands of concurrent users. Zephyr is also glad to announce that they have hit the 10,000 customer milestone.
SwiftStack Announces Cloud Sync Capability
SwiftStack has announced a new capability it states will ease hybrid cloud adoption, a Cloud Sync capability. With Cloud Sync users can replicate data from their SwiftStack cluster to an AWS S3 bucket. The Cloud Sync feature enables the replication of native objects, increasing the ease of access and operation.
Avere Joins AWS Public Sector Partner Program
Avere announced that AWS has invited them to join its Public Sector Partner Program. As the name implies, the program is aimed specifically at the public sector such as government, education, and non-profits. Avere has been working in the public sector with customers such as NASA, the CDC, and the Library of Congress.
Cloudistics & Pica8 Partner On Secure Virtual Networking For Superconverged Infrastructures
Cloudistics, an enterprise cloud-computing company, has partnered with Pica8, a network operating system vendor, to take Cloudistics existing virtual network capabilities and extend it to include industry leading OpenFlow and SDN. Both Companies state that through this partnership they will be able to deliver a highly simplified deployment and management of physical and virtual networks and secure connectivity between applications to protect against unauthorized access to applications.
Datrium Raises $55 Million In Series C Financing
Datrium announced today that it has closed its latest round of financing with an additional $55 million. This round of funding brings the total Datrium has raised to $110 million. This series of financing was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA).
