Quantum Corp has announced that is has acquired Symform’s cloud storage services platform and its development team, including Symform’s CTO and co-founder, Bassam Tabbara. Quantum plans on leveraging Symform’s cloud technology to expand its own cloud software capabilities and service offerings in data protection and scale-out storage.
