Kingston 128GB Wi-Drive Announced, Doubling Previous Capacities

by Lyle Smith

Kingston has announced the addition of a 128GB capacity to the Wi-Drive product line, allowing even more sharing on Wi-Fi enabled devices. This compliments the existing 32GB and 64GB capacities, which essentially helped to create a new market of WiFi enabled storage. Kingston leveraged their pedigree against competitors with design features such as their decision to use a battery that has four hour lifespan when in use in addition to its slim, pocketable build. As a flash-based drive, it has the smallest footprint and is by far the smallest carrying size in its class with very low overall weight.
