NETGEAR Made Several Business Announcements For CES

NETGEAR has reemphasized some of its earlier announcements such as the new Orbi as well as introducing new Multi-Gigabit switches and new Access Points. The two new switches, MS510TXM and MS510TXUP, are both rackmount 8 port smart managed switches. Both work nicely with the new WiFi 6 Access points including the WAX610 and WAX610PA.

Computex Achieves Nutanix Cloud Champion Status

Computex announced that it has achieved Cloud Champion Status, the highest tier in the Nutanix Elevate Partner Program. This helps lend the benefits of Computex to Nutanix customers and allows the former to benefit from the reach of that latter.

BackupAssist Partners With Wasabi

BackupAssist announced that it has partnered with Wasabi. The partnership entails Wasabi’s hot cloud storage to seamlessly integrate with BackupAssist Classic and BackupAssist ER. The integration is said provide a faster product at up to 80% lower cost.

SingleStore Adds AWS Glue

 

SingleStore announced that it added native support for AWS Glue. This addition is said to allow developers, data engineers, and data scientists to build with SingleStore on Amazon Web Services (AWS) more easily. The SingleStore Apache Spark integration will be available through the new AWS Glue Custom ETL Connectors feature, accessible on the AWS Glue console.
