On the SATA and 2.5” side of things, TEAMGROUP launched the CX1 and CX2 series with SLC caching technology.

The MP33 PRO comes in the highly compatible M.2 2280 form factor. Leveraging NVMe the drive has maximum quoted speeds of 2,100/1,700MB/s and random 4K throughput of 220K IOPS. The drive comes in capacities up to 2TB. This drive is made for creative professionals that need lots of capacity and low latency performance. The drive comes with a built-in smart algorithm management mechanism can ensure operation efficiency, speed and data storage stability.

For entry-level PCs, the company is offering the CX Series of 2.5” SATA SSDs. These “classic” drives leverage an advanced SLC Caching technology to get their read/write speeds up to 540/490 MB/s, which is par for the course with SATA drives. The drives come in capacities from 240GB up to 1TB. This series acts as a quasi-expansion of the EX series. This gives consumers a wide range of options to choose from.
