These new solutions each feature dual redundant hot-swappable power supplies with integrated turbocooling and separate power connections. Multiple drives can be designated as hot-spares and drives are hot-swappable. All of the new JetStor solutions also offer browser-based management and monitoring software with e-mail event notifications and are VMware certified.

Connectivity and Controllers
The JetStor SAS 660iS and SAS 660iSD arrays provide four 1Gb/sec Ethernet host connections. The JetStor SAS 660iS 10G and SAS 660iSD 10G systems also provide 8 Gbit/s Fibre Channel and 10 Gigabit Ethernet Optical SFP+ ports for increased I/O performance.

The JetStor SAS 660iS and 660iS 10G chassis employ a single redundant active/active embedded RAID controller while the JetStor SAS 660iSD and 660iSD 10G systems offer dual redundant RAID controllers for improved performance and fault-tolerance.

Availability
The new JetStor storage solutions range from $8,000 to $18,000 without hard drives. All units are in stock and shipping now.
