OpsRamp provides customers with AI-Driven operations for multi-vendor, multi-cloud IT operations. HPE GreenLake customers can leverage OpsRamp for full stack observability and automation of assets and applications across heterogenous, multi-vendor, and multi-cloud environments, driving automation, simplicity, and lowering costs.

OpsRamp enhances the capability of the newly announced sustainability dashboard, available in early access mode on the HPE GreenLake platform. HPE also offers opsRamp services and consulting through HPE Complete Care Sevice and HPE GreenLake Managed Service.

Other HPE GreenLake updates include SaaS offerings for backup and machine learning, adding SaaS offerings on AWS Marketplace, and extending its Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) portfolio.

Expanding AWS Relationship

AWS is reaping the benefit from the success of HPE GreenLake’s unified hybrid cloud as HPE announces expanding its services with AWS to simplify how enterprises develop and manage applications and workloads across HPE GreenLake and AWS.

HPE NonStop Development Environment will be delivered as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) and HPE Fraud Risk Management as SaaS in AWS Marketplace. Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) Anywhere will be generally available on HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Enterprise, and HPE GreenLake for Backup and Recovery will support Amazon Relational Database Services (Amazon RDS) and Amazon EKS Anywhere.

The new services on supported edge-to-cloud transformation include cloud application migration, cloud economic analysis, DevOps strategies, networking management, and data protection and disaster recovery.

Growing Private Cloud Portfolio, Partner Ecosystem

HPE is expanding its HPE GreenLake private cloud portfolio with enhancements to HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Enterprise by addressing edge use cases and providing container support for the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. HPE also unveiled HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Business Edition to let customers spin up virtual machines across hybrid clouds on demand.

The partnership between HPE and VMware remains solid, with HPE announcing HPE GreenLake for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) pay-per-use solution with pre-configured and tested HPE cloud modules optimized for VCF.

HPE and Equinix are expanding their partnership by offering pre-provisioned HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Enterprise and HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Business Edition at Equinix International Business Exchange (IBX) datacenters globally. The expanded service gives customers rapid access to a broad range of private cloud offerings for improved speed, agility, flexibility, and a choice of hybrid cloud strategies.

HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Enterprise is API-enabled, providing a simple, automated, flexible, scalable, and enterprise-grade private cloud experience. It’s designed with modular infrastructure and software and supports deployment on bare-metal, VMs, and container workloads in self-service mode. The simple rate-card pricing model provides a straightforward pay-as-you-go consumption model with six workload-optimized instances for general purpose, compute, memory, and storage.

HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Business Edition allows customers to spin up VMs across hybrid clouds on demand and self-manage private clouds from VMs to infrastructure with AIOps-driving simplicity. Customers can store, manage, and protect data across on-premises, edge, and public cloud through an intuitive cloud operational experience for management and seamless integration for data protection.
