SanDisk has introduced what they’re calling the world’s smallest 64GB SSD, an embedded SSD solution called the integrated SSD, or iSSD. Designed as an on-board storage solution for the burgeoning ultra-thin computing market, the iSSD is smaller than a stamp and weighs less than a gram.

Intel and Micron have announced the delivery of 3-bit-per-cell (3bpc) NAND flash built on 25nm process technology. Samples are going out and full line production is expected this year.
